At The25.store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy before placing an order.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

  • Peshawari chappals may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Products showing signs of wear, customer-caused damage, or misuse may not qualify for an exchange.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered for approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, particularly when a replacement is unavailable.

For approved Cash on Delivery refunds, we may arrange payment through a mutually agreed bank transfer or supported digital payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the circumstances and payment method.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return results from our error or a confirmed product defect, we will explain the return shipping arrangements.

For size exchanges or changes of mind, customers may be responsible for return and reshipping costs. These costs will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

5. Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • The reason for the request.

  • Clear photos or videos, where applicable.
